Items purchased from Elva are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the condition requirements below. Returns must be initiated through your account or by contacting our support team.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. Items that fail inspection will be returned to you at your cost.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 2–3 business days. The funds will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
If you paid using store credits, those credits will be reinstated to your account. If you paid partly with credits and partly by card, each portion will be refunded to its original source.
The fastest way to exchange an item for a different size or colour is to return it for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get the item before it sells out.

Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are eligible for exchange or store credit only — not cash refunds. Items purchased with a promo code (not a sale badge) are treated as regular purchases and are fully returnable.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed in the same currency as your original payment (USD).
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable for international orders, and any customs or import duties paid are non-refundable.
